Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from such Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The Platform makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk.
Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Prior to account closure, the Member must withdraw any remaining Account Balance. Accounts that are under active KYC review, have pending withdrawal requests, or are subject to a compliance investigation may not be closed until all outstanding matters are resolved.
